And there are various size options to accomodate personal taste, body sizes, and generational gift giving.

ARE ALL ITEMS HANDMADE?

All pendants are handmade and carefully crafted with great care and quality in Japan. All precious metal hallmarks on both pendants and chains are stamped by hand.

WHY DO SOME PENDANTS HAVE THICK AND THIN OPTIONS? AND CROSSES LONG AND SHORT OPTIONS?

Only the following series offer THIN and THICK depth versions: Elegant-Tag-Pendant, Elegant-Square-Pendant, Elegant-Round-Pendant. For a personal choice of how much depth of the product is preferred, while the Thin-option also offers a lower price.
Cross Pendants come in Short and Long versions for a personal preference, and with the Short-version we wanted to provide a more toned-down and subtle cross presence.

CAN I BUY THE PRISTINE DESIGNS AS IS, OR DO I HAVE TO ADD BESPOKE ENGRAVING?

All pendants are sold either in a pristine conditions without engrave, or with an added customer choice bespoke engraved text.
For specific engraving guide and rules per series, please refer to the size and engrave images provided in each Cart page.
Please note that all engraving is done with high-quality diamond tipped tools, not laser.

ARE ALL PENDANTS SOLD WITH A CHAIN?

All pendants are sold as a set with a matching chain. S and M sizes have 2 chain length options.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Please allow for a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. As all items are handmade in Japan with a lot of care, it takes a bit of time. As soon as the order is shipped by UPS it will take about 3 days for your parcel to arrive.

ARE PRODUCT SHIPMENTS INSURED?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during shipping from Kinship & Love to the customer's shipping address.
When items have been delivered by UPS and signed for by an adult as per UPS policies, they are no longer covered by insurance.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER SHIPMENTS?

After your order is packed and fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with all the shipping information, including a UPS Worldwide Tracking number.
